Your child's school history is sensitive. Here is exactly how it is handled. Last updated 2026.
- No AI reads, summarizes, or trains on anything you write or upload.
- We never sell, rent, or share your family's records with advertisers or data brokers.
- Your school district has no access to your account.
- You can export everything or delete your account permanently, at any time.
What we collect
Account information: your email address, your name if you give it, and the state you select so the resource library can show the right official links.
The records you create: child profiles, tracker entries, logs, meeting notes, action items, and any documents you upload.
Payment information is handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, the plan purchased, the amount, and the email used at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Basic operational data such as error reports, used to keep the app working.
How we use it
To show you your own records, to generate your meeting packets and printable binder, and to keep your purchase and access working.
To email you about your account or your purchase. If you opted in to the free guide, we may email occasional tips; every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
We do not use your records for advertising, and we do not build profiles about your child.
Where it lives
Your records are stored in an encrypted managed database, and uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket that requires a signed, expiring link to open. Access rules are enforced at the database level, so one family's rows cannot be read by another account.
Our service providers are limited to hosting and database infrastructure, the payment processor, and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Children's information
Accounts are held by parents and guardians, not by children. The information you enter about your child is entered by you, controlled by you, and visible only to your account. Children do not sign in and we do not collect anything directly from them.
Your choices
Export: download a complete copy of your records from the Account page in your dashboard.
Delete: deleting your account removes your profile, children, records, meetings, and uploaded documents. This cannot be undone.
Requests: if you would like a copy of your data or want it removed and you cannot access your account, contact us and we will handle it.
Retention
We keep your records for as long as your account exists, because the point of a lifetime plan is that your history stays available. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
