What School Meeting Ready is

School Meeting Ready is an organizational tool. It helps you record what happens at your child's school, keep documents in one place, prepare for meetings, and print an organized binder.

It does not provide legal advice and it is not a substitute for an attorney, a special education advocate, or a medical professional. Nothing in the product should be read as a promise about the outcome of any meeting, request, evaluation, or dispute.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Each purchase is for one family. Do not share your account with people outside your household or resell access.

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you enter, or otherwise authorized to hold that information.

One-time purchase and lifetime access

Plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There is no renewal charge and no plan that expires at the end of a school year.

“Lifetime” means for as long as School Meeting Ready operates the service. If we ever have to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your records before access ends.

Your records

The information you enter belongs to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to train any model. No AI is used to read, summarize, or generate content from your family's records.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page inside your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to store, attempt to access another family's records, or use the service to harass anyone.

We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms or puts other families' data at risk.

Official resource links

The resource library links to federal and state education websites. Those sites are run by the agencies that own them. We do not control their content, and links can change or move without notice. Always confirm rules and deadlines with the official source or a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, School Meeting Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

Payments

Plans are one-time payments made at checkout. All sales are final, and purchases are non-refundable. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews.
